Our commitment

Flow Workspace is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, or other assistive technology. We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the widely-adopted standard for web accessibility.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA — meaning most, but not all, of the site meets that standard. We'd rather tell you that plainly than claim full compliance we haven't independently verified with a professional audit. The sections below describe what's in place and what we know still falls short.

What we've done

• An accessibility settings widget (the icon in the bottom-left corner of every page) lets you increase text size, turn on a high-contrast mode, reduce motion, force-underline links, and switch to a dyslexia-friendly typeface — your choices are remembered on this device.
• Animations respect your operating system's “reduce motion” setting automatically, in addition to the widget's own toggle.
• Interactive elements built for this site — the language toggle, the homepage's command explorer tabs, and its animated sun — are operable by keyboard (Tab to focus, Enter or Space to activate), not just by mouse or touch.
• Decorative visual elements (the homepage's background stars, nebula glow, and floating code snippets) are hidden from screen readers, so they don't clutter your listening experience with content that carries no information.
• Semantic HTML headings and landmarks are used throughout, and icon-only buttons carry a text label for assistive technology even when they show no visible text.

Known limitations

• The homepage is a visually dense, animation-heavy design. We believe its actual content (headings, pricing, feature descriptions, navigation) is fully accessible, but we haven't had it audited by a professional accessibility tester, and some edge cases may remain.
• High-contrast mode applies a general contrast/brightness adjustment across the whole page rather than individually-verified color pairs — it improves contrast in most places but isn't a guarantee that every element meets a specific ratio.
• The dyslexia-friendly font toggle applies everywhere text inherits its typeface normally, which covers every page except the homepage's own headings and labels — those set a specific typeface directly as part of the design and don't switch over yet. Text size, high contrast, reduce motion, and underline links all work on every page, homepage included.
• The Hebrew translation covers the homepage's own text; the right-to-left text direction is applied to that translated text specifically, not to the homepage's decorative layout, which stays left-to-right in both languages. Every other page on the site is English-only.
• The Command Explorer's illustrative code output is presented as styled text, read normally by a screen reader; it's not an image, but it is dense, technical content by nature.
