Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By subscribing to or using Flow Workspace (“the toolkit,” “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't subscribe or use the service.

2. What you're subscribing to

Flow Workspace is a paid subscription giving access to a downloadable pack of slash commands, hooks, CLAUDE.md templates, and subagent configurations for Claude Code, along with future updates released during your subscription. This is proprietary, commercially licensed software — it is not open source and is not provided under the MIT license or any other open-source license. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the files within your own projects, subject to Section 5 below; a version you've already downloaded while subscribed remains usable under that license even after you cancel (subscribing again only resumes new downloads and updates, per Section 3). The subscription grants ongoing access to the current and future versions of the pack while it's active; it does not transfer ownership of the files, our trademarks, our branding, or this website.

3. Billing and cancellation

The subscription is billed at $79 per month, in US dollars, through PayPal and renews automatically each month until canceled. We never see or store your card or bank details — PayPal handles billing directly. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account's automatic payments settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

4. All sales are final — no refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges, for your first payment or any renewal, regardless of how much of the toolkit you've downloaded or used. This is a digital product: the files are available to you immediately upon payment, and that access cannot be undone once granted — which is why, consistent with standard US e-commerce practice for digital goods, we don't offer the kind of refund window that makes sense for a physical or returnable product.

Canceling (Section 3) stops future charges but does not refund the current or any past billing period. If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already canceled, or a payment-processor malfunction — contact support@flow.workspace4u.com and we'll investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes; that's a correction of an error, not an exception to this policy.

If you're purchasing from the European Union, the UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases: at checkout, you're asked to expressly confirm that you want immediate access to the toolkit and to acknowledge that doing so waives that withdrawal right, to the extent your local law permits waiving it in exchange for immediate digital delivery. If you'd prefer not to waive that right, don't complete checkout, and contact support@flow.workspace4u.com first.

5. Acceptable use

The license granted in Section 2 is for your own use within your own projects — it does not permit redistribution. Specifically, you may not:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the files (in original or modified form) to anyone else, whether for payment or for free;
• publicly host, publish, or post the files or toolkit — including on a public GitHub/GitLab repository, a public package registry, a gist, a blog post, or any other publicly accessible location;
• share your download link, downloaded files, or subscription access so that someone without their own active subscription can obtain them; or
• use the service to violate the law, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Each download is watermarked with an identifier tied to the subscription that generated it, so a copy that turns up shared beyond what this section allows can be traced back to the subscription involved.

6. Enforcement

If we determine, in good faith, that you've violated Section 5, we may suspend or terminate your subscription access immediately and without refund. Unlike an ordinary cancellation (Section 2), this kind of termination also revokes your license to use any copy of the files you've already downloaded, in addition to ending your access to future downloads and updates. We reserve the right to pursue any other remedy available to us under applicable law.

7. No warranty

The toolkit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Workspace and its owners, contributors, and suppliers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you, in which case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

10. International use

The service is offered to customers worldwide and priced exclusively in US dollars. If you're purchasing from outside the United States, you're responsible for any currency-conversion differences, foreign transaction fees your bank or card issuer charges, and any taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply in your own country — none of that is included in or added to the $79/month price. You're responsible for using the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you locally; we make no representation that the service is appropriate or legally available for use in every location.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of your country of residence. This doesn't displace any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country that can't be waived by agreement — Section 4's EU/UK withdrawal-right acknowledgment is the specific, limited exception we rely on for the no-refund policy to apply to those customers.
