1. Agreement and independent-product notice
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using OG Flow Code Premium Toolkit (“the toolkit”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the toolkit.
The seller and the toolkit are independently operated and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially supported by Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are used only to describe product compatibility. Claude Code itself is a separate Anthropic product and requires its own account and any applicable Anthropic license or fees. (LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm the trademark wording and placement for every market served.)
2. What the product is
The toolkit is a downloadable workflow pack for Claude Code. It contains Markdown commands, specialist-agent definitions, guided skills, CLAUDE.md templates, project profiles, checklists, recipes, JSON hook configurations, Bash and PowerShell installers, local verification tools, a GitHub Actions example, and documentation. It does not include Claude Code, hosting, consulting, custom software development, or guaranteed results.
Installation starts only when you run setup.sh or setup.ps1. The toolkit has no seller telemetry, background account process, or self-updater. Optional local hooks run only after you install them and only on their documented Claude Code events. Optional MCP and CI examples are not enabled by the standard installer and may contact third parties only if you separately configure or run them.
3. Price, payment, and delivery
The toolkit is available in five one-time pricing tiers:
- Core — USD $19.90
- Full Toolkit — USD $49.90
- Multi-Stack — USD $150.00
- Architect — USD $500.00
- Agency — USD $1500.00
Higher tiers include everything in the tiers listed above them, plus additional toolkit content (Multi-Stack tier and above) or, for the Agency tier only, a broader license under Section 5 — never a different underlying set of files than what is described in Section 4 for that tier. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge for any tier under these Terms.
PayPal processes the payment. We do not receive your card, bank, or PayPal login credentials. After PayPal confirms a completed order, the site creates a short-lived private session and makes the applicable digital files available for manual download. Save your PayPal receipt and order ID because they can be used to restore access.
4. What each tier includes, and purchased version
Each tier includes everything in the tiers below it:
- Core: the toolkit's commands and local safety hooks, plus the installers and documentation needed to use them.
- Full Toolkit: Core, plus the toolkit's specialist agents, guided skills, and the full supporting package (templates, project profiles, checklists, recipes, and related documentation).
- Multi-Stack: Full Toolkit, plus the Multi-Stack Expansion Pack — additional project profiles, cookbook prompts, and CI templates for six additional language ecosystems.
- Architect: Multi-Stack, plus the Architect Pro Pack — senior-level personas and additional commands.
- Agency: the same files as Architect, under the broader Agency/Commercial License described in Section 5.
A purchase gives you permanent access to manually download the tier and product version identified in your PayPal order, and to keep using that lawfully downloaded version under the license below. It does not include later paid product versions, and it does not include content from a higher tier than the one purchased.
4a. Previously separate products
The Multi-Stack Expansion Pack and the Architect Pro Pack were previously sold as separate optional purchases alongside a base toolkit purchase. As of the tier structure in Section 3, new purchases use the five tiers instead, and this content is included in the Multi-Stack, Architect, and Agency tiers as described in Section 4.
If you purchased the base toolkit, the Multi-Stack Expansion Pack, or the Architect Pro Pack separately before this change, your access continues under the terms in effect at the time of that purchase, and Section 7 explains how to restore it.
5. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, use, and modify the toolkit for the purchaser's own internal work across projects owned by that purchaser or the purchaser's single business. The purchaser keeps all rights in their own project code and content. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the toolkit, website, branding, or trademarks.
You may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the toolkit or a substantially equivalent derivative;
- upload the toolkit to a public repository, marketplace, package registry, model-training dataset, or file-sharing service;
- share your PayPal order details, private download session, or downloaded files to give another person access; or
- use the toolkit or website unlawfully or attempt to bypass its access controls.
Agency tier only: instead of being limited to the purchaser's own single business, an Agency-tier purchaser and their internal team may use the toolkit across multiple client engagements. This does not permit giving a client, contractor, or any other third party a copy of the toolkit itself, and every restriction above — no redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publishing, marketplace upload, or training-dataset use — applies to the Agency tier exactly as it does to every other tier. (LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm this wording for every market served.)
Each archive contains a one-way license watermark derived from the verified PayPal reference. The watermark is intended to deter and investigate unauthorized sharing; it is described in the Privacy Policy. Team or client redistribution requires separate written permission.
6. Refunds and mandatory withdrawal rights
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the general policy for this immediately delivered digital product is that completed payments are not refundable after access begins. This policy does not remove any non-waivable refund, cancellation, conformity, or withdrawal right that applies in your jurisdiction.
At checkout you must take a separate positive action to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that beginning delivery may cause loss of a statutory withdrawal right, but only to the extent local law allows. The site records a one-way order watermark, policy version, and timestamp as technical consent evidence. If your law requires additional pre-contract information, durable-medium confirmation, a model withdrawal form, or another procedure, those requirements still apply. (LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — this checkout mechanism must be reviewed for each jurisdiction.)

7. Access recovery and product availability
The restore page compares the PayPal order ID and PayPal-account email you submit with PayPal's live record, and restores exactly the tier or product identified by that order — including any content bundled with it (for example, a Multi-Stack tier purchase restores the Multi-Stack Expansion Pack together with the rest of that tier). If you hold a separate order for a previously separate product under Section 4a, use that order's own ID and email — not a different order's — to restore or download it. You are responsible for keeping a local backup of downloaded files. We do not promise indefinite website availability, but this does not remove rights that mandatory law may give you.
8. Suspension and termination for violations
If we reasonably determine that you violated Section 5, we may block future download access and pursue remedies available under applicable law. Whether a license to a copy already downloaded can be terminated, and what notice or remedy is required, depends on applicable law. (LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.)
9. No professional advice or guaranteed outcome
The toolkit provides reusable workflow material, not legal, security, financial, or other professional advice. AI-generated output and automated checks can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing changes, protecting secrets, maintaining backups, testing your project, and deciding what to run or publish.
10. Warranty and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the toolkit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller, its owners, contributors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunity. Total aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not permit some exclusions or limits, so they apply only to the maximum extent legally allowed. (LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.)
11. International purchases and taxes
Prices are stated in US dollars. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to you unless mandatory law requires the seller or processor to collect them. Availability of the checkout does not represent that the toolkit is legally suitable for every location.
12. Changes to these Terms
Material changes are shown through the version and effective date above. Terms accepted for a completed order remain the evidence for that purchase unless a change is required by law or separately agreed. A later purchase is governed by the Terms presented for that later checkout. We do not treat silence alone as acceptance of a materially adverse change. (LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — notice requirements vary by jurisdiction.)
13. Governing law and disputes
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: governing law, jurisdiction, venue, country, state, and competent court are intentionally not specified here. Nothing in these Terms displaces mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
