Custom slash command not found
Claude Code can't find a custom command you expected to exist — almost always a file location or naming issue.
Custom commands are markdown files in .claude/commands/ (project-level) or the equivalent user-level directory, and the command name comes directly from the filename — /review maps to review.md, for example. The most common cause of a missing command is simply the file being in the wrong directory, or a typo between the filename and the slash command being typed.
It's worth double-checking the file actually has content Claude Code recognizes as a command definition (a description and instructions), not just an empty or malformed file.
This is exactly the format the toolkit's own command pack uses — dropping its .md files straight into .claude/commands/ is meant to make this a non-issue for the commands it includes.
