Installs the keybinding some terminals need for Shift+Enter to insert a newline instead of submitting the message.
Not every terminal forwards Shift+Enter as a distinct key combination by default — some just see it as Enter. /terminal-setup installs the specific keybinding your terminal needs so the two are actually distinguishable.
This is a one-time setup per terminal, not per project — once it's run for a given terminal application, Shift+Enter should work correctly in every session from then on.
If multi-line input still submits early after running this, double-check you're testing in the same terminal application the setup was run in, since the fix is terminal-specific.
