Ctrl+R — toggle verbose tool output
Toggles between a collapsed summary and the full detail of tool call output — useful when the short version hides something you need to see.
Tool output is collapsed to a summary by default to keep the conversation readable; Ctrl+R expands it when the summary isn't enough — a long command's full output, or the complete diff of an edit.
This is a display toggle, not a setting that changes what Claude itself sees — Claude already has the full detail either way, this just controls what's shown to you.
